The Group has purchased 170 additional specialized car carriers, holding Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Russia license plates respectively, dedicated to serving the growing commercial vehicle transport demand in Eastern Europe (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine) and the three Caucasus countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia). Following this expansion, the Group's total owned and partnered TIR fleet reaches 1,770 units, with the specialized car carrier fleet increasing to 470 units. From the Caucasus perspective, Azerbaijan holds a 68% market share for Chinese brands, Georgia offers a 60% excise tax discount for hybrids, and Armenia maintains a 20,000 EV duty-free quota, with all three markets on a rapid growth trajectory. The original 300 Kazakhstan-plated car carriers continue to serve Central Asia, the Middle East, and Russia, while the 170 new carriers strengthen capacity in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. All car carriers can load 8 passenger vehicles per unit, operating on a single TIR carnet throughout the journey with no transshipment. The Group operates 100,000 square meters of self-managed bonded warehouses at Alashankou, Khorgos, and Kashgar in Xinjiang, equipped with a TIR customs declaration center and vehicle dispatch center. The Khorgos team possesses over a decade of port operation experience.
In terms of logistics transit times, the Eastern European and Caucasus directions covered by the new capacity are as follows: Caucasus countries (Azerbaijan, Georgia): 12 to 15 days; Armenia: 18 to 22 days; Eastern Europe (Russia, Belarus): 12 to 15 days; Ukraine: flexibly scheduled based on port conditions. Routes depart through Khorgos port, transiting through Kazakhstan and the Caspian Sea ferry into Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia, or through Kazakhstan and Russia directly to Belarus and Ukraine. LHZ-TIR maintains Moscow and Istanbul as two of its six core hubs. With the addition of Azerbaijan and Georgia nodes, the Group's hub network across the Eurasian continent is further densified.
In 2026, the LHZ Rail-to-Truck Transfer Express and TIR trucking have successfully completed multiple benchmark projects: 4,500 commercial vehicles exported to Iran, setting a record for the largest single vehicle export order in Xinjiang; 3,300 vehicles to Iraq; and Caucasus routes completing 3,900 vehicles to Georgia, 4,100 to Azerbaijan, and 2,700 to Armenia. With the addition of 170 new car carriers, the Group's scalable delivery capability in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus will be further enhanced.
